I’ve got a few properties I rent out by the room. I use apartments.com to do my leases and rent collection. It’s pretty easy and the profits are 3x’s what I would be making if I rented it out to one family. I do get some drama occasionally between tenants. But it’s worth the high profits to deal with a few complaints occasionally about someone not doing their dishes or picking up their dog poop.
