How Are You Prioritizing Your Seller Leads Before They Go Into Your Calling Queue?
One thing I’ve been wondering is whether wholesalers are becoming more intentional about lead prioritization before the first call.
Let’s say you have 1,000 skip-traced seller records. Realistically, your team isn’t calling all 1,000 today.
How do you decide which sellers should be contacted first?
Do you prioritize based on:
- Equity?
- Length of ownership?
- Absentee ownership?
- Property condition?
- Probate or inherited properties?
- Contact confidence?
- A combination of factors?
Or does your team simply work the list from the top down?
It seems like improving who gets called first could increase conversations without increasing the number of dials.
I’m curious what systems, software, or workflows other wholesalers are using to prioritize their outreach before handing a list to their acquisition team or VAs.
I’d love to hear what’s working for you.
