Do you use Linkedin? If so, which membership do you use? Is it Premium, Sales, or ? 

Also, other than subscribing to different groups, I notice some of you have posts of podcasts, blogs, etc. Exactly how do you use Linkedin?

I think it is great for networking purposes and you can perhaps connect with local investors, mortgage professionals, realtors, etc via groups there.. You can get pretty much get the same here on BP!
