Property Walk-Through App for Smartphones?

Question

Hello fellow investors! I'm seeking an efficient way to take notes as I walk a property instead of writing it down and having messy paperwork.

Something that would maybe have an easy way to put down comments on the foundation, roof, etc, with maybe an optional field to add repair cost estimate that it could add all together. Then, of course, it should be able to save and/or export this information.

What have you tech savvy folks been using??

I shoot pictures with my phone and dictate the narrative ... much faster than trying to type on my phone.

We do a few flips at a time and still go back to pen and paper.

We have sheets with everything you could run into broken down.

Allan Smith Sounds like a good idea that I need to start working on. A walkthrough app. You at this moment I'm working on a real estate marketing app that will show anyone how to market their business in any city. This maybe a new feature I want add to it.

But overall at this moment you might just have to keep it old school, and writing things down, and take pictures.

I actually do a few things, just depends on how I'm feeling. I do what the others suggested, taking pictures of everything and then annotate the pics. I also use fillable pdf docs that I created myself to document info as I "walk the house". This is of course all done paperless, using my iPhone and iPad.
