Highrise or Podio??

Hello!

Looking for recommendations for a good "starter" CRM that can grow with my wholesaling business...I've heard good things about both Highrise and Podio...so looking to hear about your experiences and which you'd recommend for a newbie starting out to capture both my cash buyers and motivated sellers...first mailer goes out this week...thanks!

@Shelly F., i'm a Podio junkie. There's just so much customization available and it's so easy to automate your processes using Podio. I believe if you sign up now, you get GlobiFlow integration at a cost but IMO, well worth it. I've tried others, but can see myself scaling my current business and future business endeavors from a single log in, which I love.

Here's my current setup.
