Appfolio Worth the Cost?

I'm considering Appfolio - but its pretty pricey. Anyone have experiences to share with this, or other Property Management Utilities?

I checked into it and it's too rich for my blood. As I recall you're looking at a minimum of $200 per month even if you only own a few doors.

There are plenty of other PM programs out there that are much more reasonable. Buildium, Propertyware, TrueRent, and I think it's called TenantCloud.
