Anyone else in TN have reg problems with investor carrot website?

Hi everyone. I'd love some advice/help. We have been flipping foreclosures in Tennessee for several years now and last week joined Investor Carrot and set up our first website (coffeecountyhomebuyers.com).  My husband is a licensed real estate agent in TN and today his broker told us we had to take down our site because I was not licensed to advertise selling homes and we did not disclose that my husband is an agent.    It is quite obvious from our site that we are not selling homes but buying homes, but the lawyer for our broker's agency still seems to have an issue with it.  And seemingly would have an issue with the site even if my husband wasn't an agent (trying to get clarification on this one)

Wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this and if so, I'd love some suggestions!

Thanks!

As a Realtor, you have to disclose that you are one when buying, selling or involved in any kind of real estate transactions.
