MLS Criteria for investment properties
What things are you searching for in MLS to find a property?
Obviously searching a specific area, and price, but what other key factors do you have in a search criteria?

Interpretation: you need to seek out and buy properties from people who are too dumb to list their property for sale, and who will sell below market value. That way of putting it doesn't sound pretty, but it is largely the business plan of many.
