PODIO or ????? What are the Best programs for keeping organized??

I am a one man show, "FOR NOW". Is Podio the best tool for keeping everything organized and running smooth? 

Up to this point I have done it "Old School" pen and paper. But within the last couple of months my business is blowing up. This was supposed to be a side hustle but has quickly turned into something much more! 

Any advise on the best programs to use would be much appreciated.

Podio is great to start with and is free for basic use with up to 5 users.  It also grows with you quite nicely over time as well, as your business expands and you need more features, automation, and integration with other systems for mailing, texting, eSignature, etc.
