Lemonade Insurance Company
Is anyone using Lemonade as their insurance provider? Curious on if the rates are actually better and if it works well with investment properties in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, etc.

@Craig Combs as far as I know, they do not offer a Landlord policy at this time. They offer a Renters insurance, and I think they are launching a Homeowners policy as well.
