App/Software for Property Managment
I'm looking for property management software/app combo to manage and accept payments for 3 properties. Right now all I use is an app called PropertyBuddy for Iphone and I love it. It's user friendly, allows you to enter mileage and expenses, save photos of receipts, manage rent due dates and other basic functions all for $40/year. I'm ready to grow up a little bit and move into a way to accept payments online and possibly add some features such as basic accounting functions, listing services and probably some features I haven't thought about yet. I've considered using cozy or some other payment collection service but am turned off by the delay in the time it actually takes for the funds to hit your account. I've also been messing with Tentant Cloud the last few days but just found out that you can't link business accounts due to some banking regulations that hit this month. They say they aren't sure when this will be resolved.
I travel quite a bit for work and do about 90% of my work on my Iphone, therefore I'd like to be able to at least have all the features I currently have with Property Buddy on the app but also software that will integrate. I don't think I'm prepared to fork out the cost for Appfolio at this point but would probably be willing to pay up to $50/month if there was software/app that would accomplish all this.
Also worth noting, we are at 3 properties currently but do plan to continue to grow at a slow but steady pace. Bonus points for something that could grow with us.
