What is the best CRM to use

Good Morning All,

I am in search of a good CRM to use. I would like a CRM that will keep track of my clients, properties, leads etc and most importantly send out reminders about follow-ups.

While it’s main focus is not CRM, for the price and all of its other capabilities, I’ve got to say REI Kit is a great product. It’s mostly geared toward deal analysis (which it does an amazing job at) but it also has a CRM built into the platform. It allows you to set tasks with follow up reminders and create a new project to do an analysis on right from the lead entry page. You can collect and log all pertinent information about a prospective lead in one place. It’s not as robust as some of the other CRM’s, e.g. no automated texts, voicemail blasts, etc but you can extract a .csv file for upload into other products that do so. For $45 bucks a month, you really can’t beat all of the other features it has. Plus, their customer service is phenomenal!

Conventional wisdom is: it doesn't matter as long as it's the one you use.

Pipedrive is a good general usecase one.  I have one that is more specifically geared toward property/lead due diligence.

I've found that Pipedrive is extremely useful and easy to use, as well as affordable ($15 per month).  Hope that's helpful! Shoot me a DM if you ever need anything!
