What's the best way to find owner's phone numbers?

Hi All,

I am going to dive into cold calling...UURGH. The problem is, I've been using Intelius and frankly, their data isn't so hot. I'm getting maybe a 40% failure rate. It's tough to pay for a service with that many wrong numbers. Has anyone found other sites they like? Thanks so much!
