WEB and SEO questions... help please!
I want to set up a website specifically used to start picking up leads for buyers/tenants for new commercial office projects in orange county, ca.
In choosing a domain name is a person better to use (example only not actual names I'm searching) (ocofficespace.com or OC-office-space.com) , (Orangecountyofficespace.com , Orange-County-Office-space.com). When someone is doing a google search, how does the search engine read things? if it's several words strung together then the .com or hypen after each word, etc.
I know NOTHING about this, so anything you can offer to educate me will be appreciated, and please, keep it to laymans terms. Thanks!

I don't think the domain name matters at all, Karen M. Its the contents of the page, links to it from other pages, visits, etc. that determine the ranking.
