What CRM do you use? Recording VA's Calls?

Hey,

I am looking around for CRM's to manage my leads which also have some sort of call recording extension. Recently had a VA go through the list I assigned and they ended up making false notes from "potential" clients.

I haven't run into any but if you're recording the call, make sure you know the local laws for such thing. Some states have really weird laws when it comes to recording a call. A disclaimer may work but I would verify before doing any recording.
