I’m looking for a good CRM software program to help me with my direct mail marketing campaign. I need a good system to help me organize my property owner contacts and a system that’ll allow me to continue to stay in contact with the regularly?
We use ActiveCampaign but HubSpot CRM is free. That would be a very good/easy way to get started. CRMs are mostly the same. It's the data you put into them and your process managing it that makes it "work".
@Cody Lewis I’ve recently signed up for Salesforce. I like the Plato form so far, and the price is not too bad.

I've been using the free version of HubSpot for a year now and I have over 800 contacts in there.
It's good at keeping track of the basics like contact info. You can set up follow-up tasks with deadlines and reminders, attach notes, log calls and emails.
It can do a lot more, like creating a website with lead capture, drip campaigns, team tracking, etc. Most of those are paid items, requiring an upgrade - but the free version is really good. www.HubSpot.com.
