Private and Hard Money Lender

We had a great Investors meeting tonight. The topic was Private and Hard Money Lending. We had a guest by the name of Lauren Miller come to our meeting and give us information and answered all our questions in regards to terms on Private lending.  She was amazing.  I've always had some resistance and fear around Hard Money because I frankly didn't fully understand how it worked. Lauren was fascinating and I look forward to the upcoming real estate deals with her company. I just wanted to get this information out to the South Florida local investors. Make sure your lender is willing to work with you step by step and guide you along the journey.  Make that money.
