Seeking a kickass accountant
Anyone know a high-powered accountant with real estate investing expertise? I think mine is getting overwhelmed by it all, missing some major deduction possibilities in his rush to make the extension deadlines. I have around 14 holds and do around a dozen deals of some sort per year. I also work on the side as a contractor through an LLC. So it's rather complex overall. Hoping to find someone who will make time to do it right, without major extensions and without missing opportunities to save money, since my 1099 (non-real estate) income will be fairly substantial this year.

@Account Closed, the Real Estate Tax Strategist. She's right in Charlotte, knows NC laws and will do a great job for you. I'd definitely look to see about setting up a consult, I'm not sure if she's taking new clients, but if she is, I'd try to get on her schedule!
