Against a portfolio worth 3.5 million with about 1.5 million in equity generating 15k in gross revenue?

 @Brian Thomas, .75*3,500,000 = 2,625,000. You said that you have $1,500,000 in equity meaning that you have $2m in loans to pay off.

2,625,000 - 2,000,000 = 625k.
