Hurricane devastated our rehab!

Our 6 week full remodel was devastated by Ian today.

We aren’t sure how much has survived. We lost comms with neighbors before the water was at our door.

Lanai ripped off.

Huge palm trees ripped out.

That’s what we know so far…


No idea how we will regroup and recoup. Hoping it’s not too bad and we can fix and rent to those in need.


Thinking of any other investors affected. We are  at 33RD Terrace 33904.
