how to calculate Rehab cost

Rookie here,

I'm possibly looking into the BRRRR method on an SFH or duplex. I was wondering what was the best way to estimate the rehab cost. I have a few more questions about the BRRRR method that I don't understand but for now, this is my first question.

Thanks in Advance,

Avery

@Avery Biles

J Scott has a great book on estimating rehab costs. I personally use DealCheck to underwrite my deals.

Having a contractor walk the property and give you a bid is the best way to estimate costs.
