Starting to Support BRRRR Investors with Permit Drawings Open to Learning More

Hey everyone

I've been working behind the scenes with real estate investors mainly helping them get city permit ready drawings for their BRRRR and fix-and-flip projects (floor plans, MEP, etc.). I've noticed how crucial it is to have proper layouts ready, especially when presenting to lenders or city officials.

That said, I’m here mainly to learn more about how you all structure deals, timelines between acquisition and rehab, and what types of drawings (if any) are usually needed early on.

If anyone is open to sharing how they’ve handled this part of the process or what you wish you had when dealing with the city I’d love to hear about it.

Looking forward to learning from you all!
