Hi BP community,

I’m new here and wanted to introduce myself. My background is in [architecture/digital marketing ], and over the years I’ve worked with investors and small developers on projects ranging from [floor plans/ADUs/remodels] to helping agents and wholesalers with [marketing funnels and lead systems].

I joined BiggerPockets because I want to:

• Learn more about how investors approach their projects and deals

• Connect with people who are growing their real estate businesses

• Share some of my own experiences where they might be useful to others
