Rehabbing our next rental. Find our roof was worse of what we think. Good thing is when you buy the type of house I buy these surprises aren't a breaking bank deal. I focus on the affordable house market. I paid 32k for this house and rehab is 45k. Rent market is $1000.00 ARV 115k. This is the type of deals I love. Roof issue was only $1800 difference in our budget.
