Hi, I’m a new investor with one multi family rental property.

I'm researching the Philadelphia market right now for BRRR. Can anyone provide insight into this market? Which strategy makes most sense, areas to focus on, what to watch out for?

I live in NJ so I’m about 1.5 hours from Philly. Ideally plan to target more multi family units.

    @Saad D. There is so much to do in Philly now. A range of neighborhoods, risk levels, property types, strategies. If you want some professional level guidance, access to off market deals that meet your criteria, an amazing tour of the ins and outs of the neighborhoods or just an agent to set you up on the MLS with a good search, this group provides everything for serious investors (full disclosure - I am affiliated)
