Hey all,

Is there a website/resource out there in use similar to Rentometer that can easily calculate the estimated ARV of a project taking in variables such as neighborhood statistics?

@Tyrone Osilesi I do not trust Zillow or Realtor.com or Redfin or anything like that. I also don't trust what numbers wholesalers give me either. All of this is basically insurance you need to protect yourself. Even after doing this for years at this point I still go to trainings on calculating ARV and calculating rehab. It a pencil that will always need sharpening. So lean on other people, other realtors, other investors, anyone that you can to learn how to calculate value. And yes, there is very specific techniques on how to do it. Knowing how to calculate protects your money. You know, the money it took you your whole life to save? That's the money I'm talking about. Get better at it than anyone else and you'll find you'll have a lot more money than everyone else too. Hope all of that makes sense.
