A Core BRRRR Network
Hey Biggerpockets community. I am newbie looking to get started using the BRRRR strategy. Currently I am stationed in Virginia Beach. I am looking at investing in the Virginia Beach area and surrounding, in Philadelphia, and in Trenton NJ. I would like to build my team of rockstars in these areas. Does anyone have referrals for Contractors, Hard money/ Private lenders, Local Banks, Property managers, and Real Estate agents in these areas? Thank you for your help everyone

back end lending, IMO, is the most difficult portion of BRRRR right now. If you are ok having the loan in your name/credit report, you have more options. If you want it off your report and strictly in your LLC, ABNB and 1st Advantage FCU might be your best bet (Hampton Roads local)
