A Core BRRRR Network
Hey Biggerpockets community. I am newbie looking to get started using the BRRRR strategy. Currently I am stationed in Virginia Beach. I am looking at investing in the Virginia Beach area and surrounding, in Philadelphia, and in Trenton NJ. I would like to build my team of rockstars in these areas. Does anyone have referrals for Contractors, Hard money/ Private lenders, Local Banks, Property managers, and Real Estate agents in these areas? Thank you for your help everyone

Hey I'm looking for deals that the numbers will work for a BRRRR. I am also looking into hacking as well. Preferably a mulity family house hack.
