I just listened to podcast 382 Brrrr strategy using private money, only I don’t recall them saying where to get the private money from. I don’t want to hit up family and friends.

     So does everyone else, that is why the hard money industry exists, because most of us dont have a rolodex full of wealthy friends who also happen to have no idea what to do with piles of cash. On a good note, hard money is easy to find.
