Hi everyone,

I'm looking for savvy investors in Delaware that I can learn a thing or two about RE. I thought about visiting our local REIA meeting but I missed last night's. Feel free to contact me if you have any ideas or suggestions. Best of regards to all.

Make sure you get to those REIA meetings, you'll have to go to them consistently to start building relationships with the active investors. One time isn't enough. Someone once told me that you have to build up equity (credibility) before you can ask someone to help you out.

In the time you are waiting for the next REIA meeting, start sending out mailers, putting up bandit signs or something to get leads calling you. Get familiar talking with them. This will show the possible mentors that you take action and mean business.

Hope that helps
