Would like to start a Forum on Bigger Pockets for Philadelphia Real Estate.

We used to have private forums like this.  Their primary use turned out to be spammers setting up private forums to peddle their wares.  They actually received very little legitimate use.  So we discontinued them a few years ago.

How are you. The only item that I am trying to promote are Not For Profit REIA events in Philadelphia. Will stick to just placing them in the events forum. Also, would like to know if you would like to come out and speak in the Spring in Philadelphia on Bigger Pockets?

What Jon said above . . . that said, you just started one.  Just create a post in the local forums and hopefully people are using our Keyword Alerts to let them know about these new threads.

If that were the case, then someone would have to set up 50+ new forums just for each state and international.  That sounds like a lot of work!  Better yet, just do a search on the forums for whatever state/city you're looking for and the results will come to you.
