Washington DC Connections

Justin Kramp
Posted

Good morning,

I recently moved to Washington, D.C. and planning to buy a house-hack functional property in the dc proper area, perhaps SE DC within the next year.

I’m looking to connect with investor and house-hack friendly real estate agents as well as lenders in the area.

I’d love to connect and chat to get a feel for the DC market.

Cheers!

Hi @Justin Kramp - I moved out of DC a couple years ago, but am still familiar with the various areas. More than happy to chat through any financing questions you might have.
