Missouri Purchase and Sale Agreement and Assignment Clause

Hello all,

 Beginner wholesaler in Kansas City, MO.  Does anyone have a Purchase and Sales Agreement contract and Assignment Clause that they could send me?  I have the standard Residential Real Estate Contract but I didn't know if there was anything that local investors are using that you've had good results with?
