Looking to invest in Cleveland. I looked at some properties there a couple of weeks ago.
Any recommendations for:
Investor-friendly realtor to pull comps
Investor-friendly title companies
Property insurance
Funding for small deals, just rehab, or acquiring multi unit fix and hold/ flip

Glad to see another Cleveland investor join the forums. For Title Companies I prefer to use City Title or Cleveland Home Title they always take care of our deals without issue. Reasonably priced as well.
