I am a new investor in the Hudson Valley, NY. I am currently analyzing a number of deals and wanted to get an idea of other people's experience with flipping in the area. Has anyone actively flipped houses in the Hudson Valley that could share some advice on what areas are best for flipping? Any advice on the subject is appreciated!
