Property Manager recommendation in Central Illinois?

Question

Hi folks!  Can anyone here recommend a good property management company in Springfield, IL?  I've come across a few names via internet searches, but I'd like to hear if an BPers have any experiences they can share.  I'd be looking for one to manage a single family home or a duplex.  Thanks in advance!

@Jon Blankenship good to know you are having good luck with them.  I reached out to their main office a couple of times and they were supposed to have their PM in Springfield get back to me...never happened.  I was surprised cause I heard they were decent.

Hi @Twana Rasoul - yes, I went with Core 3 Property Management and my experience with them has been very good.  When I started with Core 3, the person I worked with there went on to start her own property management company - Capital City Property Management - which I suspect is very good as well.

This looks like a fantastic product (and much cheaper than a real manager) - thank you for the recommendation, @Evan Williams!  I am on the fence as to whether I want to self-manage or hire a property manager due to limited time and availability, but your recommendation may have tilted the scales back towards self-managing for me.I'm still taking central Illinois PM recommendations, though, if anyone has any.

I'm not sure - could you clarify what you mean by "online" property management company?  I've not heard of this before.
