I concur with this! Many wholesalers here don't take a professional approach for this business and actually learn REI..they just want to wholesale real estate because they heard that they can get paid 10k in 2-3 weeks. It's hard to find a legit wholesaler here who actually knows what they are doing. But those kind do exist..you will find them mostly where the cash buyers are! REIA clubs and auctions. Hope this helps!

This business is tough! A lot of newbies get in with the wrong mentality. With that being said it is very tough to tell rather or not a newbie will come in and grind and have integrity and truly build the business. Personally from experience I would probably just let him go however, he may become a stud if he works hard enough. Did he mention why he wants to break his partnership?
