I concur with this! Many wholesalers here don't take a professional approach for this business and actually learn REI..they just want to wholesale real estate because they heard that they can get paid 10k in 2-3 weeks. It's hard to find a legit wholesaler here who actually knows what they are doing. But those kind do exist..you will find them mostly where the cash buyers are! REIA clubs and auctions.
