We are a husband and wife team located in central texas. My name is Stephanie I work as a interior designer and my husband Eric builds custom cabinetry. We recently sold our home and decided to use the equity to start our realty portfolio. We are starting with education on legal and managing as well as estimating rehab.

I am not sure what else to say but we are hoping to make a good connection.

Hey @Stephanie Biesenbach - You should find all the local REIA groups in your area and start networking as well. That is the best way to discover deals and lenders and learn. Considering ya'll's skills set, you could also offer that to flippers and other investors. Considering how hot San Antonio and Austin are, you should be in a great position!

Best of luck! And keep us posted! :)
