Hello! Since becoming active on BP about a month ago, I've gotten in touch with 3 or 4 local investors whom I hope to build good relationships with. I've also signed up for 2 or 3 groups on Meetup.com that deal with Cleveland/NE Ohio real estate investment and networking. Are there other possible avenues for finding contacts that I may be overlooking?
