First time flipper in Sacramento CA. Can't get my first house!

I seem to be getting out bid on the houses I look to purchase. Not seeing how they can afford to pay what they are and still make money. I know I'm at the bottom price point in my market and competition is tough! Where can I cut my costs? Where can I find deals with less competition?

Hi, @Steven Bichel The market is very competitive here in sacramento. Try to connect with wholesalers in the area and they might be able to get you a better price point you need to make it work. There are 2 local meetings this week if you wanted to meet other local investors, some wholesalers. Let me know and I can send you the information.
