Hi all, I’m doing a 1031 exchange and will have $200k to purchase my next property. I can raise another $200k if needed. I’m looking for an investment worth $800k - $1.6M. Looking for something in the 8-10 cap if possible. Any suggestions or current opportunities are welcomed. Thank you in advance.
