Agent and lender referrals for Newton NJ area

Hey there BP family! I am currently looking for multi-family deals in the Newton NJ area (Sussex County). Do you have any agents you would refer that know the area well and have experience with investors? I know the area somewhat due to growing up just across the river in the Poconos but would love to work with someone that knows the areas potential and can help find deals. Also, lenders in the area that have experience dealing with 203k. A creative lender that is good at getting loans for someone who has the finance but not a strong showing on paper.
