Buy and hold Camden Georgia
Looking to purchase a town home and want to partner with a friend. Is there a boiler plate partnership agreement that is Georgia specific? I want to include him in the process and share the cost of rehab and then slowly buy his shares throughout the next 2 years. Ultimately for me buy and hold; he gains patina in the process and makes seed money for his next adventure.
