I do believe HELOC is a mortgage product therefore, u should get a statement from the bank. Findout what form is issued(bank) and ask the IRS where it is captured on the tax form. Quick google search i found on the 1040 tax return, schedule E,line 12. Someone correct me if I am wrong BP community.

Location would b a good start. What market u r in? It's free to call an agent. It's free to talk to local banks in your area of operation. Find local meet ups and find a mentor in your target areas. Youtube university and BP podcasts has lots of golden nuggets.

Hey bud,

That crack pipe allowed me to retire earlier then u. Only had to work 22 yrs before i retired. 50 is a bit extreme. My 2 cents.

All i am saying is how bad do u want it? Get past the noise and getter' done.

Get rid of the dog. Get rid of the girlfriend/boyfriend. Sell all your belongings. Live in your car. Save all that money for an opportunity. You will see opportunities after reading some of, if not all the forums on they path u want to take. BP podcast on youtube-Free! Stop watching stupid cat videos. Live and breath realestate. Reverse engineer 5k a month. Tools in the tool box. Commercials properties, lease options, single fam, multi f, storage unit, whole life insurance (be your own bank), small business(ice cream shop), airbnb,etc...
