Anybody have experience with deed auctions in Nevada?
Hello BP community,
Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of reading into deed auctions at the county assessors office in Clark County Nevada (las vegas and surrounding areas). I want to know if anybody has had success with one of these auctions and when I can find out when the next one will be taking place.
The assessors website only states the last time an auction happened. Is there a way I can get a heads up?
Possibly success stories with deed auctions/flips/long term holds?
