I know the city is very liberal with redevelopment over there. and tearing down an SFR to build a 3/4 unit is acceptable. I went through the process on Basic road right behind water street but decided against it as construction costs at the time were astronomical (2022)

Quote from @Stick Bogart:
My name is Stick and I on 1/3 of a piece of property in Wichita, Falls, Texas, and my other sister, who lives in Texas will soon on a third of the same piece of property I’m looking to unload the piece of property even at wholesale prices I don’t care. We’ve got a few more documents to get into place and then both of us will actually on a third of the property.
Ill contact you today.

I was wondering the same thing myself, as I have been having a very hard time finding anything in the vegas metro area at any price reasonable. I would like to bid remotely but I dont want to have 300k locked up in their account as collateral to make bids...

That is a pretty broad question regarding real estate. Care to be a little more specific?
Post: Has anyone ever purchased property off the Sundae platform?

I have been seeing a few deals sell from the Sundae platform around my area in Las Vegas. Actually just recently lost a seller to them. Has anyone purchased a home off the auction site Sundae? If so how did your experience go? Was escrow pretty straightforward? Any pros and cons? Thinking about bidding on a few out here.
Thanks in advance

@Gregory Greene I agree,
I have lived in both Las Vegas metro as well as Phoenix and there is a massive range of socioeconomic differences within both areas. You should really check them out prior to purchasing.
In my honest opinion, for small multi in Phoenix I’d say look in the wash valley around chandler, Mesa, and Tempe.
As far as Vegas, you’re hard pressed to find a decent multi in any neighborhood that you wouldn’t wanna walk around at night in. Many of those are in C-/D areas.
Hope this helps.

@Safiya Stewart try truepeoplesearch.com and do a reverse lookup of the the property by address.
This method usually works. You get something under contract let me know. I have cash 💰

@Bill Brandt
Great input and well said. I came here from California to get out of the state and my biggest fear now is that the majority of CA residents leaving will turn Nevada into a “new California” meaning I will have to move again. Currently, this state is night and day for me. I love it here!
