New to Wholesaling......trouble locating property owners

Hello I am new to wholesaling and I have watched a ton of videos, information overload! I have been driving for $$$ and located a couple of properties, I want to see if this method still works especially in my market. I am located in Las Vegas. I am having trouble locating property owners through the clark county website any other suggestions to locate owners, or better ways to find properties? Thanks for your help!
