Looking to Invest outside of California

Hello, I am a new member. I've been planning to move out of California to purchase a multi family in either AZ or Las Vegas, NV. I analyzed AZ and got an idea of the different cities and towns in the State, even though I've never been. I've been to Vegas numerous time, and still do not know the good and bad areas. Can anyone give me their opinion of where the best option would be to invest in?

Hello @Gregory Greene, I recommend visiting AZ first and seeing which market better suits your needs. Especially if you're going to move out there.
