Ive recently been reading up in multi family and larger apartment real estate spaces to invest in but I’m very perplexed at how to get into this space. I feel as if it’s the direction I’d like to go in the future. Anybody with loads of knowledge have any wisdom for me? What books are considered the best for reading to get me on the right track so that I become successful in this new venture? Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Ja'Toya McKee start calling title companies in your area and ask if they know how to do a double close, or if they have worked with wholesalers in the past.

@Walter Roby jr that would be amazing. I’m really working at this and the ability to get a leg up would be great!

@Aaron Washington no but it’s a private deal and I’d need to get a contract form the title company as well

Hello all, Wholesaling has had my interest for quite some time. I recently came across a deal that I may be able to wholesale but am looking for recommendations on title companies willing to work with a wholesaler or one that has experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Terry Lao you could also attribute it to the fact that many creative financing methods are no longer being used in today’s mortgage industry. The house of cards has a very solid foundation now.

Hello BP forum members! As I was driving to the gym in my hometown of Ontario CA, I drove by a house that looked condemned. Just recently (last week) there were renters in there, hoarder type people, that always had junk all over the driveway and in the garage. Looks like the city may have kicked them out because now there are boards on a few windows and the signs posted say not to enter the establishment. I found the owner on county records and looks like she was deceased about two weeks ago. My question is how can I go about fining out who has the title? Do I need to pay for probate information? Is there anything I may be missing? Any information I am grateful for! Thank you
