Hello members, I’m a new real estate licensee in Northern Virginia, and I wanted to get some advice on a brokerage to select to hang my license. Can anybody recommend any good brokerages in the Northern Virginia area for new agents? Here are some of my top choices:

Keller Williams Capital Properties

FairFax Realty

Coldwell Banker

EXIT Realty

Debbie Dogrul Associates LLC, / Long and Foster

Thanks!

Hi Michael,

Congratulations on getting your real estate license! All of the choices that you listed are good candidates, but I think it's worthwhile for you to go interview with the brokerage to see if they meet your needs. Some of my considerations were training/mentoring, flexibility in time, commission splits, reputation of the brokerage, and goals that brokerages may instill on their agents.  I'm also a real estate agent in Northern Virginia, and I decided to go with a smaller brokerage since I am doing real estate part time. Feel free to message me if you have any further questions. Good luck with your brokerage search.

Thanks!

Richard
